After ordering you see confirmation, preparation and courier steps live on the tracking page. We also message you on WhatsApp at every step.

Before we confirm it you can cancel on the tracking page within a few minutes. For confirmed orders please call us.

Yes. Choose "Take-away" at checkout and we will tell you when it is ready. No minimum basket or delivery fee for take-away.

We deliver across central Ortaca and nearby neighbourhoods. Areas, minimum basket and delivery times are listed on the contact page; just pick your neighbourhood at checkout.

Usually 25–35 minutes in the centre. We tell you the estimated time when we confirm your order; it may be a little longer at peak times.

You pay at the door, in cash or by card. If paying cash you can tell us which note you will use, so the courier brings change.

We are open every day until 21:30. Current hours are shown in the footer and on the contact page; the site does not take orders while we are closed.

Yes. For birthdays, schools or offices choose "Bulk order" on the contact form or call us.
